2014 SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards winners

Insights, innovation and a commitment to bold strategic decisions were the key traits shared by the outstanding winners and finalists celebrated at this year’s SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards (SARAs).

“Selecting the winners was no easy feat for the judging panel as the quality of submissions and competition within each category was extremely high. All participants, finalists and winners are to be congratulated,” says Joe Powell, Managing Director of SEEK Employment and Learning.

Celebrating success at the Sydney’s iconic Museum of Contemporary Art, the winners of the 2014 SARAs were:

Winner: Polyglot Group

Large Recruitment Agency of the Year

Winner: Talent International

Recruitment Leader of the Year

Winner: John Caldwell, Group CEO, RWR Group

Most Innovative Use of Insights

Winner: M&T Resources

Excellence in Candidate Management

Winner: Evolve Scientific Recruitment Pty Ltd

The members of the judging panel were: Steve Granland, CEO of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA); Debra Eckersley, partner within PwC; Janet Gregory, Professor of Learning, Swinburne University; and Ben Lawrence, Chief of Human Resources, Wesfarmers Limited.
